Applications: Perfect for cooling and refrigeration products. The cooling and freezing guarantee easy handling, maximum and maintaining the size and freshness of the product.
Due to the very efficient cooling process maintenance times and freezing is very short. Thus reducing the weight of the product is minimized.
Because of the equal flow and multistage (optional) air velocity, the products are cooled from all sides as the same across the width of the belt and all floors of the spiral.
All parameters such as belt speed, air and temperature control means by a PLC-control. The machines operate with liguids like: Freon R404A, R507, R134a, CO2, NH3.
