ELECTROMECHANIC CONTROL through electrical boards and automatic computer

Each refrigeration unit includes an electronic system for monitoring the internal temperature and humidity of the cooling compartment and shall be marked in a console located on the outer surface of the chamber in order to detect defects or multifunction in an alarm system.

LCS works with German and Italian companies manufacturing electronic control panels.
By adjusting touch buttons (increase / decrease) temperature input parameters (for the desired temperature setting), operating indication of door resistance (always open) and pressure release valve, manual or auto defrost, operating machinery, running fan element (evaporator) , indicating thawing, indicating Alarm (a potential problem / injury).

DATA LOGGERS

Cooling temperatures data logging is very important because it is the main indicator of the storage quality.
By recording the temperature ensures the proper functioning of the cold and serves as a very strong lever for not neglect the owner’s refrigerator maintenance or repair of refrigerators.

The recorder can show at any time at the client and the cooling engineer, the accuracy of their work and any possible wrong operations.
Used?  Talking about the collection chain, storage, packing and distribution of food, the law requires use of cold preservation of magnitude greater than 50 cubic meters of cold and frozen sizes greater than 10 cubic meters, and throughout processing, packaging and handling food.

Recording Mode:

The normal mode of operation of electronic recording is to be placed in the cold-sensors, which are connected with the recorder. This in turn "read" the value of the sensor and stores it in memory. The law requires that we record temperature every 15 minutes, and to store data for at least a year. Also, there must be evidenced in the recorder to match the refrigerator.
In short it is not allowed in mobile solutions. All modern electronic recorder, connected to PC, so the final data are stored either on the hard disk of the PC, or another durable medium, e.g. CD.
In recent years, integrated control systems used in the refrigeration unit in which all the others do, provides us with record temperatures. Indeed, the temperature is only one piece of data records that make these systems because they give us the ability to record, e.g. how long does a thaw, or how much time is left refrigerator door open, and other useful information.
The important thing is the overall supervision of the installation 24 hours a day. On the basis of our demands, we can have instant notification of any damage to the plant in different ways, messages SMS, e-mail, fax.

MODEM

Utilizing modern technology, it is possible by a computer and by using a telephone line to check an operation system by the manufacturing company, to detect any damage or misuse, to inform the client or made the necessary settings system from the same manufacturer.

From the depositor (memory) of a through microcomputer system (Laptop - notebook) can anyone at anytime  to invoke and process various data back up to 2 1 / 2 days.
