BAKER SF 930 has twice the capacity as a freezing cabinet and is used for both fast and careful freezing of sensitive dough products. when the blast freezing stops, the electronic control automatically switches over to the required storage temperature. BGF 930 enables the freezing down of 60 kg dough products to -7°C within 75 minutes. The temperature control range of the blast freezer is from -30°C to +10°C.
